Beaches & Swimming Pool with panoramic views

The pool has superb views across the sugar cane fields to the Mediterranean

Outside the apartment about 20 paces away is a gated entrance that takes you up some steps to the swimming pool - very private, (key access only) it is shared by just a handful of residents and has panoramic views across the surrounding green fields to the sea. It is shallow at one end and slopes down deeper at the other. There is also a toilet and shower. Please note the pool is open from June-September and is accessed by two flights of cobble steps.

The beach in Salobrena is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment and can be seen from the balcony. The sea is clear and warm and there are umbrellas and sunloungers for hire. The beach is wide and stretches for miles and there are several 'chiringuitos' (beach bars) where you can dine by candlelight till the early hours in Summer. Or do like the locals and have yourself a barbecue on the sand !

The beach 'paseo' is the place for an evening stroll, where you can stop to enjoy a drink and some tapa in one of the many bars or dine out on a sumptuous feast of steak and seafood !

There are also several other beaches closeby - Motril beach is just 5 minutes by car and the popular beaches of Almunecar are around 15 minutes. In addition there are many little coves dotted along the coast road.
